- Get Fresh: if you find yourself following procedures because you've "always done it that way," it's time for a change. List three practices that ned revamping and write down the goals you intend to achieve by doing so, as well as action steps to make them happen.
- Who Do You Know?: list 100 of your acquaintances and sincerely deepen your relationship with them.
- Scale Down: treat your weight like your business, hard work equals results. Step off the bandwagon of the "miracle" cure.
- Figure This: circle back to a setback in your life and write down three things you learned by overcoming it.
- e=mc2: Albert Einstein's curiosity made him one of the greatest physicists of all time. List four things you've always wondered about; now feed your brain by researching answers online.
- Never Too Late: do you have a dream that's lived only in your head? Write down six specific steps to move your dream closer to reality
- Be a Standout: think about your brand/business/service and jot down five ways to make it more compelling to your customers.
- Making Connections: find five friends or colleagues who can introduce you to a potential new client. Every new person you meet can turn into a new opportunity.
- Listen Up: list your top three customers, as well as three pieces of information about each of them.(do you need to hone your listening skills?)
- Staying Bullish When It's a Bear: list five ways you can reap opportunities during these times of change.
